Ancient Egyptian

Kristin's Version of Nestle's White Chocolate Chip Hawaiian Island Cookies!

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups bread flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1.5 sticks pure butter
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups Nestle' White Morsels (white chocolate chips)
6.5 oz. of slightly chopped  roasted macadamia  nuts (cut into 1/2)

Oven to 375 degrees F. ( your standard cookie temp!)

bake from 8 -11 minutes and less in a convection oven

Cookies will be brittle when they are warm, so allow them to sit until they are reasonably cool as this will give them strength and they will hold together better this way!
